Renée, founder of Lymphtopia, is dedicated to helping women feel their best by embracing the transformative power of lymphatic health and self-care.
With over five years of experience in the health and wellness industry, Renée has a deep understanding of how the body functions and how to optimize its natural flow for overall wellbeing.

Her journey began with a personal challenge and a desire to support others facing similar struggles. Through discovering the benefits of lymphatic drainage massage, Renée experienced a profound shift in her physical and mental health, which led her to develop a unique technique that now forms the foundation of Lymphtopia.

Renée’s mission is simple: to make lymphatic health an accessible and vital part of daily self care. She is passionate about empowering women to achieve inner balance, and self love.Through Lymphtopia’s treatments, training programs, and wellness events, Renée continues to inspire and guide women on their path to holistic wellbeing.

Anna Guimadeev
Co-Creative and Head of Massage Education
Anna Guimadeev is the Co-Creative and Head of Massage Education at Lymphtopia, with over 12 years of experience in the therapeutic arts. Throughout her practice, Anna has developed a deep passion for the lymphatic system, witnessing firsthand the benefits of gentle lymphatic massage for a variety of conditions, including post-surgery recovery, injuries, and digestive health. She is also a dedicated educator, having taught courses and workshops for over a decade.
Anna is a Registered Massage Therapist, Manual Osteopath, and Yoga Teacher. She trained as a Registered Massage Therapist in Toronto, Ontario, in 2012 and later as a Yoga Teacher with Modo Yoga in Los Angeles, California. To expand her expertise, she pursued further education in Osteopathy, integrating massage, yoga, and osteopathic techniques into her holistic approach.
In 2023, Anna co-founded OSTEO+ Chronic Pain and Wellness Clinic, where she continues to apply her integrative approach to healing. At Lymphtopia, she leads the theory portion of the course, covering essential topics such as cupping therapy, massage techniques, and lymphatic system basics. Her commitment to education and holistic wellness makes her an integral part of the Lymphtopia team.
Farnaz Droogar
Certified Nutritional Practioner
Farnaz is a Certified Nutritional Practitioner with over six years of experience and a deep love for holistic living. Her journey into wellness began when her mother was diagnosed with terminal cancer—a life-altering moment that led her to explore the healing power of food and natural practices.

Now a mom of two, Farnaz brings a grounded, heart-led approach to everything she does. She’s passionate about helping people feel good in their bodies and minds by making nutrition simple, colourful and rooted in real life. Her work focuses on gut health, mental wellbeing, and hormonal balance, with an emphasis on prevention and sustainable habits.

Through customized, whole food based meal plans, lifestyle shifts and supplement support, she helps her clients feel more energized, balanced and in tune with themselves—without the overwhelm.

Farnaz is also a certified Reiki Level 2 practitioner. Her energy healing sessions are gentle and intuitive, creating space for deep rest, emotional release, and inner clarity.
